Rearz Booster Pad Usage

So I bought the Rearz boosters cause they boasted a 2500ml capacity and I wanted to see what that was like. What that's like is as long as my forearm and twice as wide. What the fuck do I even do with these things? I had some idea of using them with some megas or trest for max capacity, but I don't think they'll fit.
