Happy Holidays everybody! Wanted to warn you all to avoid doing business with Rearz / Pacifier Addict in the future. Their customer service was incredibly rude, closed my account, and threatened to send me to collections if I took up their mistake with my bank!

I placed an order with them on 12/8, and paid $15 for faster, tracked shipping to the US, with an expected arrival date of 12/16. On 12/18 the tracking number showed that the package still hadn’t even been picked up from Rearz! When I asked for the status, they eventually shipped another package out and acted like they were doing me a huge favor, but wouldn’t refund the extra amount that I paid for faster shipping (which I didn’t receive, as my order won’t make it now until 12/29 if not later…)

Avoid them if at all possible!
