So I have dealt with anxiety for some time now and am now getting medication to help. I've been off work for some time while dealing with the side affects and seeing whether they are the right ones for me and both my doctor and work insurance have suggested therapy to help and that itself is a big hurdle for me to get over and talk to someone as that's something I have problems with. But that's only the surface of it, abdl to me is both a kink and a form of comfort. I'm 22 and still live at home and my family doesn't know so I do it in private. so the thought of opening up to a therapist and at some point having to explain this to them scares me so I was wondering if there's any recommendations for online therapists that are aware or abdl friendly
i live in Canada Alberta specifically so if anyone has any local recommendations that's great as well
