Changing matts

Recently renovated my bathroom with nice textured tile, certain messes would be a nightmare to clean off the tile and white grout so I'm looking to use a good changing mat.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
In my head it needs to be kinda grippy on the underside to stop it bunching up while laying down ( if that would even be an issue )
Ive seen a few online but am looking for people's actual experience with them .
