Getting rid of the smell

So I've been wearing for a couple of weeks now. My BF is comfortable with me wearing around him, but yesterday we were in bed watching a movie and he told me he could smell me. I was kinda embarassed as I don't mind the smell at all but I really don't want him to feel uncomfortable with that.
Anyway what are my options to avoid that ? Im a boy, I only wet and wear exclusively on weekends.
It's probably a question that comes up often but the search bar seems to be useless
