So, while I was out and about today (and anticipating needing to change at whatever place I got lunch at), I was wondering if anyone has complied a list of chain places that have single-user restrooms as the norm, like Starbucks.
I don't personally have a disability or other need that makes using a family restroom required otherwise (my wearing is not for necessity), so I would rather know what places have single-user restrooms as the norm instead of occupying the family restroom should someone with a legit need want to use it.
I see that Yelp has a "gender neutral restroom" search, but some places (like Starbucks near me that I know has one) don't show up on it...and the Taco Bell I went that showed it did, did NOT have it. So, that's iffy at best.
If there's enough interest/knowledge, I may crank up a form with a public list that we could database this information with.
