To give a little context to my question I just made my first cloth diaper for myself and hopefully in the future might make some to sell in my spare time. While this is a ways away I still like to look ahead and plan for the future. Anyways on the diapers I make themselves they are a 5 layer system where the outer is a decorative layer that can be a plain print or have applique on them. The inner layers go as follows, a PUL layer to trap liquid 2 layers of absorbant fabric and then a wicking fabric in this case an athletic material which works rather nicely and is comfortable for skin contact. I'm hoping by the end of this year to have a small collection as samples and then go from there with custom orders. I will post a few pictures of the first one shortly as sort of a prototype.
