Bottle/Pacifier purchasing ideas?

I've been looking for a bottle for ages, but can't seem to find a reliable site or style for adults. I always get taken back to this one here: http://amzn.to/2ah4nnC
Is that style of nipple with how long it is comfortable to suck on? It just looks so long that it'd make you gag :P
And how about pacifiers anyone have ideas on that? I haven't started looking for that yet as I want a bottle first, but ideas are great! :)
