This happened last week. It might be a little "messy" for this board, but here goes.

I'm not a 24/7 wearer…only maybe once or twice a week. I usually don't wear in public, only for a quick errand here and there. I usually wear an Abri-Flex when I do wear out and about.

I had to make a quick run somewhere, and had started on a new protein shake (trying to get in better shape!). I didn't pay close enough attention to the label and got one that has lactose in it…and didn't realize it until I got it home, and had already finished about half of it. I thought to myself, "oh well, one little one can't hurt".

So, instead of changing into a Abri-Flex, I got lazy and kept the still-clean Bambino on that I had, and pulled on some clothes and headed out. I picked up my package, and was headed home when it struck. The lactose was exacting its revenge on my gut.

I got to my vehicle (luckily a pretty deserted parking lot), and well, let's just say that I was lucky I kept the Bambino on. I couldn't have waited if my life depended on it. Even though I never mess purposefully, I am glad I was wearing that day!
