Pads as diapers?

Hiii.. long story short. I end up with poise level 5 bladder leak pads. I decided I would make a bit of a makeshift diaper. I took three pads and overlapped them while making them longer. I’ve wet in them and I immediately noticed that it feels warm for longer than a diaper/pull-up but less pillowy. They feel nice and seem to be great. What are everyone’s opinions on them? Also any tips on how to make them more diaper like? I don’t want to waste them, so might as well make the best of them :3.

P.S) What are the best bulkiest more absorbent diapers/pull-ups at Publix? Thanks! :)
