How to feel less ashamed?

Hi, I just started wearing diapers/onesies and developing my littlespace but I've been fantasising about ABDL for almost 15 years. I love how freeing it feels to finally give in to my desires, but I am so embarrassed by it. I don't know what to do because I want to commit to it (in private, as my boyfriend isn't into it) but I feel so much shame and it has really got me feeling down :( How do other babies handle the shame?
