I've seen similar discussions talked about on here, and I've seen lots of ideas for an item of clothing, or a tattoo, or maybe a sticker that we could all identify, but the average person would ignore. One discussion pointed out that some people already stick ABDL diaper brand stickers on mundane items. I've seen ABDLs in public more than once, with a Barebums (I'm not sure if I spelled that right) sticker on a laptop, and ABU sticker on a backpack.

It makes me think. Would every ABDL want to reveal themselves to others? Assuming the general public is unaware.

I'm sure there's going to be a vocal group who says "Hell yeah I'm going to be loud and proud!" And there's going to be a group that says "Hell no, this part of my life isn't a conversation piece!"

I personally think putting a bat signal up would lead me to feeling very vulnerable. I'm an introvert and I wouldn't want someone to approach me in public for any reason lol. But I know that's just me and a quirk of my personality.

I also prefer to meet other ABDLs with a layer of anonymity before giving details of myself over. If I do talk to someone about this aspect of my life, I like to have boundaries in place to protect myself from creeps, scammers, and those who don't have my best interests at heart. Those nasty people exist in all communities, including our diaper filled underground. There's also tons of good people, so I'm not going to shut myself off totally.

What do you think? Would you wear a hat or a ABU sticker on public? Would you approach someone who had an ABU sticker on their luggage at the airport? If you see a Barebums character on a shirt at the store, are you going to stop and say "Hi?"
