ABDL historians help me out

This is what I remember and can't find proof. Help me figure out what the facts are.
I remember before 2015 ABU was a disaster with terrible customer service and spotty shipping. Then Casey Strom came along bought ABU in 2015 and really fixed ABU.
Now my question is the person or persons who originally owned ABU did they go on to create a new diaper company in 2017? Which I believe is the maker of Carousel and Trest diapers. Am I remembering wrong?
