I don’t always but for going out i’ve noticed it muffles the sound, and cloth back like to deteriorate when it touches anything that is loose and moving so the tight spandex panties help.. that and i want to buy fun designs! AND they help reduce sag

they are seamless so they aren’t super duper tight just enough to carress it if that makes sense :)
