How have diapers made you MORE healthy?
Post Body

I know we get a lot of info about how people are concerned about chafing/some rashes/UTIs, etc. But I kinda want to dedicate some time to the other side of diapers.

For me, they help me sleep better. Way better. Especially if they're a bit wet. Soaked ones disrupt my sleep quite a bit, though.

I'm more "regular" when I wear them. Regardless if I'm eating fiber or taking supplements, when I wake up in a diaper, I feel like it does something to my belly/brain to make me want to go #2, which helps me with my chronic constipation. If I wear every night, I "go" every morning, but not necessarily in the diaper itself lol.

They make me overeat less. I'm trying to reduce my weight and when I have a diaper on I feel the urge to binge less. I notice when I go for a period without diapers, that's when I tend to gain some more weight...

Ironically, my skin is healthier in them. I use a few dabs of cream, lots of powder with each change, and this does wonders for my sensitive skin. There's also a transfer layer on the diaper. If I have tiny "leaks" in my underwear, my pee sits up against me. I notice when I wear regular undies, that's when I start to get "itchy". Odd...
