Can a science baby help me with this question? (safe laxative/enema play w/chronic constipation)
Post Body

Hi there. I'm obsessed with the idea of being given something in a bottle that forces me to "go", with or without my knowledge. I also like the idea of being given an enema during a change and being forced to go, as well. Problem is, I have a very slow digestive rhythm and it's gotten worse since I started taking a GLP-1. I once blindly and dumbly followed a dom's rules to give myself enemas every night (the fleet kind) for like 5 nights and wound up severely impacted for 3 weeks and needed an ER visit. The doctor said the fleet enemas dried me out because they contain salt and they hurt my natural rhythm.

I've been considering isotonic homemade enemas as an alternative, and my doctor said it was fine to do this once in a while. I also know there's CBD suppositories that relax the muscles and make it easier to go. Problem is, I can't find anything by mouth that seems safe, unless it's miralax, but that's a "maintenance" thing, much like bulk fiber or metamucil.

Is there anyone here that has any suggestions for forced potty play that won't inadvertently murder me? Someone who maybe also struggles and has found something? Thanks
