Diapers, dresses, and petticoats?

I've said before on this subreddit that I have a frilly pink dress and a pair of thigh-highs that I love to wear with my diapers, and one person I shared my pics with suggested that I try on a petticoat to flare out the skirt. If anyone here was worn a petticoat with their dress or skirt and their diapers, what was your experience? What did it feel like? Would you recommend it?
