This has been eating at me for weeks and I'm hoping someone here not only remembers this story but knows some place I may be able to find it.

The general premise was a young adult woman was institutionalized by her mother because she was an addict and wholly irresponsible for her life. As part of the institutionalization, the female lead was forced to wear diapers and drink bottles full of "baby milk", a combination detox, aphrodisiac, diuretic, and muscle relaxant, that, in and of itself was also addictive. The plot revolved around the main character obviously not wanting to be there, but also trying to prove (and failing) that she's a big girl by not wetting herself. Ultimately, she not only accepts that being a "baby slut" is what she wants but also that she's fallen for another AB girl who intentionally got herself committed.

If anyone has any ideas, please, I've had this story running through my head for months and cannot, for the life of me, find it anywhere.
