Cloth Diapers or Disposable Diapers

So a friend of mine brought this up but I am curious what the community think of this. He said I need to use cloth diapers. I have mad mobility issues and and need diapers 24/7 so I argued disposable is just alot better in many ways. What are your throughts on this? Is cloth diapers better than disposable for full incontinence?

My agrument also is because I don't have help and cannot wash clothinv and so on often, it would be much more harder to de with cloth diapers specially with #2's which I seem to be getting alot more due to nervous system issues in lower back.
