How is FetLife?

I just rejoined FetLife because my gf wanted to open up our relationship and I decided I would try it out and look for an actual abdl partner, but it feels like it hasn't been updated since 2012 and I'm unsure of if I should invest more time into it or start looking somewhere else. For any users of it, has it worked for you? Or non users, is there any alternatives that are more promising?
