Well, been thinking about a meal that can make me go a bit more but something that at least taste great.
My breakfast experiment today.
- 500 ml hot Milk (warmed up on the stove) mixed with 1 table spoon of honey, added some rasberries and strawberries.
- Leave on stove for about 5 mins and stir well.
- Then add 6 - 8 table spoons of castor oil, stir well (well, still chucking but I just found out the table spoon I used it not a table spoon, it a bigger spoon for scooping soup so its about 10 table spoons castor oil or 148 ml measured in a measuring cup)
- Add 2 cups of oatmeal mixed with raisins.
- Mix well together and let it cool for 5 mins.
- Cut a banana in slices and put on top.
I have no idea what to expect yet. I am about to find out the hard way or maybe the easy way. Who knows.
Edit: So far is smells great and look nice and tasty. Kinda added too much oats and is too stiff but maybe its good.
Started chucking it down. I will know in about an hour if I am going to live to finish this update or pass out in the washroom on the throne.
Result: Well, I say this with alot of sweating... great recipe but damn ease up on the castor oil for sure. Maybe 20-40 ml max. This recipe will make you shit for an eternity and then some.
