No hair

How does everyone remove hair down there? Ive used hair remover but it doesnt get it all in one go. Ive shaved with a razor but my skin gets very irritated and bumpy. I use very good razors and shaving cream but it still gets my skin still gets irritated. Should i combine both hair remover and razor? If you have any suggestions id love to hear them.
