Little kings to sleep

Hey everyone. So I just got my first abdl diapers and they are a sample of little kings. I absolutely love them and would like to wear one to bed tonight. If I sleep with it on, can I still use it for the rest of next day? Like, is the padding still good if I don’t wet, tapes, etc.?
