Sign in hotel room says “housekeeping upon request only”
Post Body

I definitely did NOT request housekeeping but apparently I got it anyway!

Most of the stash is hidden, but I have powder and disposable bed pads sitting out, and my soaking wet doubled-up Goodnite sitting on top of the trash can (in its own semi-clear bag).

My initial reaction is to put out the “do not disturb” hanger for the rest of my stay but I also don’t want that to seem suspicious? I’m sure I’m overthinking it and the housekeepers didn’t notice. I absolutely intended to throw the diaper out myself, but maybe I should just accept the trash service as long as I’m respectfully bagging them too.

Only other concern is that I’m on a work trip and there are things in the room that identify my employer (although it’s a very large employer, which offers a good degree of anonymity).

Any thoughts, similar experiences, or noteworthy hotel stories?
