I placed an order with them on 4/1/24, ordered a half case, and it "shipped via fedex ground" according to my receipt. But it actually shipped fedex smartpost, which is a huge difference. My original delivery date was 4/4/24, but my package is still in new Berlin, Wi and hasn't been updated since the 3rd. I tried emailing them and got no help or even a sorry it shipped differently then expected. I did go with the free shipping but only because it said fedex ground. Not smart post. Has anyone else had an issue with them? I did tell them I was going to issue a charge back with my bank because they didn't ship it as described and it's intentionally misleading. They responded with " we will just block you from future orders" if you want to see the email chain I will post if asked.
