Fresh diaper

Whenever I put on a fresh diaper, I always have to pee a little in it straight away to add some warmth before going about my day. Not much but just a few dribbles or spirts.
I feel like a fully dry one just isn’t as comfy and well fitting. Is anyone else the same?
