Having a Genuine Wetting Accident: A Guide for those wanting to have an Accident

I've been into ABDL for a very long time, and if you're anything like me, then the idea of having a genuine accident is something you might be interested in. Loosing control for a moment and peeing yourself (in a diaper, pull up, or even your pants) is a staple of many abdl stories, and for good reason. Nothing makes you feel smaller than not being able to make it to the toilet. For years I tried to make myself have a wetting accident, but I had no luck. Either I'd drink a lot and end up just having a full stomach with a non desperate need to pee, or I'd get bored and just decide to wet without feeling any sense of desperation. I had almost given up hope, until I was browsing a website with a reputation for those who like to hold it and have accidents: Omorashi org! 

After going through several posts on their discussion boards, I found a guide that can make you genuinely have an accident, desperation and all! Now the original guide is fantastic, but I've make a couple alterations myself in order to create the ultimate ABDL accident scenario, and I'm sharing it with all of you, in hopes that someone's dream of wetting themselves uncontrollably comes true!

There's a couple of things you're going to need to make this work, but don't worry, you most likely won't have to buy anything as most of this is either household items or usual groceries. Here's the list:

-Lots of Water. I'd recommend buying 2 gallons if the tap water in your area isn't fit for consumption, but if you live in a state where the tap is safe to drink, it won't be an issue to drink that instead.

-Any Drink with Caffeine. This one is kinda optional, but definetly helpful. Caffeine acts as a natural diuretic of sorts, and can help speed up this process. I personally recommend a diet/zero sugar soda, that way you can avoid adding extra sugars and calories to you day, if that's something you're concerned about. I would not recommend Coffee even though it has a solid amount of caffeine in it, as it can also make you have to go number 2, which makes the process more difficult.

-Either some kind of Salty Snack, or a drink with Electrolytes in it. This is a must have, cause having this much water entering your system will definetly mess with your levels. I'd recommend something like Salt and Vinegar chips to snack on throughout the process, or having a couple of Gatorades to alternate in place of water.

-(Optional) Water bottle with measurement lines. Having one of those big 32-64oz bottles with the markings can help you keep track of how much liquid you're consuming. If you don't have one, you can just use a regular glass, bottle, or hey even a dog bowl for all those Petplay enjoyed out there!

-(Optional) A Light Snack. This process can sometimes take a while, and while you're technically still filling your stomach up with liquids, having something light to eat can help not only to distract you from how much liquid you've been consuming, but can also make the process more comfortable.

-(Optional) Diapers. This is only for those ABDLs who are looking for a diaper accident. I guess I didn't have to list it, but hey it's good to be consistent.

-(Optional) 2 Towels. For those who decide to not get padded, or those who go with a pull up. Unless you decide to do this in the shower, chances are you're going to make a massive mess by the time this is over. With the amount of pee this process produces, I'd say have at least 2 towels in the area you're going to attempt this hold, as you will need them by the time it's over.

Your goal here is essentially to drink water at such a rate that you trick your body into increasing its urine production. This will also give you the benefit of making you more hydrated and making your pee clear. Not only will this make your pee smell better, but it can also allow your diaper to hold much more if you decide to do this method while wearing, as the SAP holds more liquid the closer to water it is.

Now that you have all of the things you'll need, it's time to begin the process. Do note that it can take anywhere from 3-5 hours for this process to work, but trust me, do this right and you'll be doing the potty dance out of desperation before you know it.

Before you officially start, I'd advise that you make sure to go to the bathroom before you begin. If you have to go number 2 during the holding phase it can make the process more difficult, but not impossible.

Once you're ready, follow these steps

-Step 1: Begin by drinking 8-12 oz of water every 15 minutes. If you feel like 15 minutes is too quick for you, you can adjust the time as you see fit, but it will effect how long it takes for you to become desperate. I would not advise waiting longer that 25 minutes between drinks. If you plan on doing this while wearing a diaper, don't put it on yet, as you're going to have to use the toilet once or twice before you're ready to begin the hold.

-Step 2: Once you've been drinking, around the 1 hour mark you'll feel a slight urge to pee. Once you do, head over to your bathroom and release what you have. Take note of the color as well. You'll know you're ready to begin the hold once your pee comes out clear, or almost clear. 

-Repeat Steps 1 and 2 until your pee comes out clear. Once it does, move on to step 3.

-Step 3: Continue your water consumption. It's on this step where I'd recommend mixing in those caffeinated drinks. You should alternate between drinking water and caffeine in equal amount. Do remember that the daily recommended amount of caffeine intake is 300mg, and I do NOT advise going beyond that. If you decide to ignore my advice, that's at your own risk.

-Step 4: At this point, you're done with the toilet and can properly begin the hold. If you wish to be diapered for your accident, I'd recommend getting taped up at this point in time.

-Step 5: Around the 2-3 hour mark, depending on how fast you've been drinking, you should start feeling the desperation beginning. At this point, you can increase the rate at which you're drinking by about 5 minutes. So if you were drinking every 15 minutes, change it to 10 and vice versa.

-Step 6: You should really feel the need starting to build up. You could just feel a slightly strong need to go, or you could be bouncing your knee at this point, but it's important that you keep up with your drinking. If you're still drinking caffeine, I'd recommend switching over to just water at this point.

-Step 7: Now you REALLY have to go! The urge is strong, and you're moving around to try and distract yourself from how desperate you've become. At this point, I'd recommend drinking anywhere from 5-7 minutes apart. If you begin to feel a bit bloated from drinking too much too quickly, you can lower the amount of liquid you're consuming to a comfortable about, anywhere from 2-4 oz less than your usual rate.

-Step 8: I'd say Step 8 is the "make it or break it point." You should be so desperate by now that your willpower to hold it is probably being tested a great bit. You might be holding your legs together in an attempt to make the holding process easier. Most likely you're watching the clock and waiting for the minutes to count down, and the longer you hold, the slower the time seems to last. You'll be tempted to just release. At this point, some may be satisfied and just let go, and technically this could be considered an accident. I mean, the desperation was there, the need to go was strong, but still, in your mind this was a conscious release. But if you keep holding on, your bladder muscles will get more and more tired. Just keep drinking your water, and before you know it......

-Step 9: Your body is either physically or mentally unable to hold it any longer, and you will not be able to stop yourself from peeing. You stand there, feeling one of the greatest senses of relief that you've felt in your entire life, and you'll pee more than you've probably done in a very long time.

Congratulations!!!!!! You've successfully had a true wetting accident!!!! Either your pants are completely soaked, your pull ups are leaking profusely, or your diaper is incredibly soaked, but no matter the way you had this accident, you've achieved something that you've been trying to accomplish! You can keep drinking at this point, and either attempt to hold again (youll be able to hold on for maybe half as long at this point due to muscle fatigue) or to just make more pee. If you decide to end your wettings at this point, be aware that youll probably have to go pee more frequently for the next hour or so. Now that's the end of my guide, but for those who are looking for some fun ways to spice it up a bit, I have a short list of ways to make the hold more interesting. I'd say most of these are best suited for around Step 7 or 8

-For those into Ageplay/AB:

*When the desperation gets to its peak, set a timer and stand in the corner. If the timer goes off and you still haven't gone, you can rush to the bathroom and try to prove that you are a "big kid." If you've release, you either get some form of punishment, you demote yourself down a level in padding (pants to pull ups, pull ups to diapers, and if you're already in diapers, either double up or add a booster), or you accept your fate as a little who just had an accident.

*For those wearing a diaper, once you hit a peak, get yourself tucked in to bed and snuggle up with a stuffy and you try and hold on. Once you release, I'd recommend trying to do so as slowly as possible to prevent leaks out the front or back. You can alleviate this concern with plastic pants, a absorbent mattress pad, or even plastic sheets. You can also combine this with the timer idea above. If you release before the timer is off, it's bedtime for you and you go to sleep in your diaper, and if you haven't you can get out of bed and try holding out even longer.

*This one works best for brats and those with caregivers. You insist that you're not a baby, so your cg makes a bet with you. At the point of your desperation, you let your CG know that you're not sure how much longer you can hold it. At that point, your CG can decide if you can go to the toilet/release in your diaper, or if you still have to hold it and for how long. If you succeed in your hold, you're congratulated and rewarded, but if you either release before being told you can go or fail to inform your CG about your desperation, you get a spanking for lying, as only babies have accidents, and you insisted you're not a baby.

-For DLs/Non Ageplay Pants Wetters

*Magic Wands. I'm not kidding you have no idea how good you'll feel with the combined endorphins. After you release, go to town and have yourself a fun time

*Do Chores. Focusing on a task can make the hold both easier and harder in different ways. On the one hand, you can temporarily distract yourself from your desperation, but on the other, once you hit a certain point your mind becomes so overwhelmed that you won't be able to focus on anything for very long.

*Wearing a butt plug for the hold: Pretty self explanatory, but makes clenching down that much harder

I hope this guide helps some of you who want to have a genuine accident achieve that goal. I haven't been able to find that original post I read a few years ago, but if I come across it I'll post the link below. Thank you very much for reading!

Edit: As mentioned by u/TheCupcakeScrub, it is important to note that you should not be consuming more than 2 liters of water in an hour, as exceeding that limit could lead to water poisoning. So if you adjust the timing to create shorter gaps between drinking, be careful not to go over 2 liters (60oz)

Edit 2: This method, in of itself, is not dangerous. However, if you already have issues with your bladder or kidneys, I would recommend against trying this. For those that do this, please make sure to not do this in excess. You are making your body overhydrated, which for a short kink play scene is fine, but long term can be incredibly dangerous. I'd say limit this method to around once a week, and to make sure you replenish any electrolytes and nutrients lost along the way. Be safe out there, and enjoy responsibly!
