If elderly folks are going to be needing diapers and have degrading mental faculties anyway, could there be a niche business opportunity in the future for ABDL-themed retirement facilities or nursing homes? Stocked with toys, cute print diapers, onesies instead of medical gowns and stuff... But with different zones and even vanilla areas in order to cater to different tastes or moods on a given day, family visits, et cetera.
ABDL seems to have started with Gen X and really exploded in Millenials, as we all get older, there might start to be a demand for this... They sometimes already call the twilight years a "second childhood."
