So I've spent the last 3 days at disney, including the flight down, diapered and all I have to say is: go for it.
The flight down was easy. I did get a pat down, but it was because I forgot to take my belt off (sigh), and when asked "what is that I'm feeling" I responded with "uh, a diaper..." and the guy goes "OH. You're good to go, have a night flight!"
No biggie there.
I've had my backpack looked through at every park before we've gone in and it's been the same song and dance at most: either they glance inside and hand me the bag back or I did get asked "what are these?" And when I responded with "diapers" I got "what do you do with those??" To which she got a very straight faced "I wear them?" ... I wish I'd have had a photo of her reaction.
I say that to say this....
If you're worried about flying in diapers, or going to Disney with diapers in your bag, don't be. Everyone I've met has been extremely professional and I've gotten 0 push back from anywhere or anyone regarding why I, a 29 year old, has diapers or claims to be wearing them.
Enjoy your trips and stay padded everyone!
