Stomach hurting? Diaper up

Ok so I don't know why but my stomach has been hurting all day. I just tried to go to bed and it started up again so I decided to diaper up. As I'm trying to fall asleep I feel like I need to fast so I push and.... I messed myself. Now I can't stop. I'm afraid I might have a blow out at thus point but I can't stop to go change. 😰
