ok, so I have practiced some diaper things before like having accidents in regular clothes and attempting to make diapers out of what I had. the first time I put on a diaper was a couple of days ago and I wet myself immediately with little control. I tried again today and same deal, I wet a bit when I put it on but I was just watching youtube and I just started going without warning. I so far have had no problem with actual accidents but I want to be able to re-train my bowels to do this as well. any tips?
