Non-Fetish Reasons You Need an Adult (or a Baby needs from you)?

Just a silly little thought, I figured might make a fun thread. What is one way you would really benefit as an adult by being treated as a baby.
Alternatively, if you are a caregiver or dominant what is one benefit you would give to or gain from having a baby.
To start it off. I would greatly benefit from a bedtime. I never get enough sleep on week nights and sleep away my weekends. Such as posting to reddit at 2am, when I get up for work at 7am. Purely hypothetical of course.
