Tldr; Do relationships with low conflict and a high degree of security and trust exist? Where you can rely on your partner like you would a best friend?

Is anyone in such a healthy relationship with this kink? Because I seem to just be having the worst luck.

I've been with plenty of accepting people including cgs, but often times they have such big emotional support needs that it eventually becomes something that feels either very one sided or I lose my ability to trust my partner deep enough to honestly be little with them.

I'm just kinda feeling hopeless and need to know it's possible. Because it seems like the only place I see mutually supportive relationships are in fiction.
