Ok so I just need to get this off my chest because this is the happiest I've been in a long time and it's all thanks to wearing diapers. Well specifialy wearing diapers to work.
some quick back story im very private about my abdl side only my closest friends know and I hide it completely from my family. I live at home still so that dosent leave me a lot of freadom with this. So up until recently I've only ever worn real abdl diapers out of my room a hand full of times. and any time I would wear them out I would wear the baggiest clothes and a onesie underneath to hide everything as much as I could. See I strugle with anxiety so I was kinda parinoid about people finding out. But about a year and a half ago I finally talked to my doctor about my anxiety and got medicated. Now being on the medication ive slowly been building my confidences up in general.
So back to just recently I was able to buy diapers again after being stuck with goodnites for months. Anyways I was feeling particularly anxiaty free one day and decided to wear a diaper to work with just my normal work cloths over top. And let me tell you it was amazing I felt so secure and happy all day. Wearing like this has been such a mood boost for days that I'm just not feeling like going to work. up to this point I just saw as a fun little hobby/kink but now I see how much they can affect my mood, this is truly the lifestyle for me. I've started wearing diapers just like I'd wear any other underwear and it is just so freeing not worrying about it.
So to all my fellow abdl who are scared about going out in public, I say don't be. Just build your confidence up enough to try it for one day. Do that I'm you will probably be hooked on wearing in public just like me. 😁😁😁
