I guess I'm wondering how people in the ABDL/CGL community feel about renting spaces like that? I planned on making it very nice and having a dedicated entrance, too. But I guess I'm wondering how people feel about sharing spaces like that. I plan to treat it kind of the same way we run the local club. Everyone is expected to wipe down and attempt to clean up after themselves and then board members do a full clean up and wipe down of the space at the end of each night and we all do a deep cleaning once a month or so. I think what I would expect is people to strip any bedding or fabric items used and to put them in a hamper for washing, bag up any trash and put it in a bin outside, and to use clorox wipes (or the like) on any non-porous surfaces.

I'm not really looking to rent it out to make a great deal of money but to make enough to maintain it easily if it's often used space. Sheets rip, things break, things will need to occasionally be replaced/upgraded. And of course the resources I would use for keeping it clean and nice for everyone.

I'm a member of my local BDSM club and have been for 10 years, so i kind of have a built-in community to draw from for people who would be interested, but I don't want to ask them for two reasons:

1) This isn't a kink I've publicly shared yet 2) I know those savages and they would hound me 2 years until I finished 🤣

So I'm asking you, lovelies. Are shared, rentable, nurseries a thing people would actually want if it was well maintained?

Also any ideas are how to structure payments, amounts of time, things you'd want in a nursery and anything else are welcome!
