Hey guys, I'm brand new to this group. I'm currently part way through training for my RBT certification, done with my 40 hours of instruction and studying for my competency assessment. I've started getting offers to apply on Indeed that are offering to pay for my training which is great! The issue is all of these companies have 2-3 star ratings on Indeed and Glass Door and the 5 star ratings seem suspicious (I love everything about this place!! Perfect!! All hail the CEO). Is it worth applying for on the job training and certification, or should I finish on my own so I have the flexibility to shop around?
