Feeling out of place at work, any tips?

So I recently got a job as a behavior technician in a different country. I’m very happy with my work and my clients. But unfortunately I don’t feel great with my workmates. They purposely ignore and don’t talk to me. I tried being friendly and initiating conversations but to no avail. I’m the youngest and the newest in the center. I tried focusing on my work but it does get really lonely having no one to talk to. Any advice or tips? 😅
