I know this issue has been posted about a lot on this subreddit. I have tried all the common fixes but so far nothing has worked.
I have an AAP-01c with a 200% nozzle spring, 150% recoil spring, and a new bucking and barrel.
I have narrowed it down to a specific issue though I don’t know how to fix it.
So when I hold the trigger down, with auto sear not engaged, I push the trigger bar down to reset the hammer sear. The hammer sear moves freely. Then I pull the hammer back, the auto sear engages onto the hammer, but the hammer sear does not catch the hammer. So when the bolt comes back forward and releases the auto sear, the hammer will fire again. Isn’t the hammer sear supposed to catch the hammer when it comes back? I think this is my issue but I’m not sure what would cause it or how to fix it.
