I'm getting reports that the Canadian signed copies from Amazon are shipping now. Also still not sure why the publication date got pushed back in Australia, but I'm seeing a lot of people post their newly-arrived copies!
Also: I've gotten mixed reports about the lighter gray text in e-book editions being updated - not sure what to make of that, but the publisher has assured us that these will auto-update to a normal black text.
Glad to see the down-under editions were properly printed, too!
