My mom got a phone call from the non emergency line last night but missed the call and called back an hour later. They called at 10:30 and she called back and 11:30. They said they’re not sure why they called and couldn’t find anything. Could it have been an officer using the dispatch phone? Is non emergency strictly ran by dispatch? We’re so confused
