Red Flags in an interview/ Questions to ask

Post Body

Iā€™m currently applying around and have had 2-3 departments respond back asking for follow ups. But one in particular just seems ā€œovereagerā€ is best way I can describe it which just isnā€™t sitting well with me, they sent me for a polygraph and drug test and included a conditional offer if I pass those and they are now just asking for an interview. Is that normal?

What are some red flags to look out for when talking with the interviewer? What are some question you wish youā€™d ask before getting your current job
