I understand it’s used as a device to keep characters ( especially those college aged ) in the show and as a recurring character. But my GOD, do I hate when they stick the kids ( May and in Lone Star Wyatt ) in the freaking 9-1-1 Dispatch! Like omg May turned down college to be a 9-1-1 dispatcher? And the idea that Athena would be okay with that is so insulting as a viewer to my character intelligence and understanding. Like I know for a FACT Athena in real life would not let her daughter do that. Anywho, just wanted other people’s thoughts on this.

Also, I’m only on Season 4, Episode 4 rn. I started watching Lone Star for Tarlos and I needed to scratch that 9-1-1 itch so have been watching through this.

Also! What is the difference between the blue and red shirts. I’m guessing trainee vs non. But why did May get her blue shirt before Marie…
