Can't remember the name of a toy

So, in the very early 90s, I had this toy that had the shape of a blimp but it had two pulleys inside it and you ran a string through it. You tied the string off on one end and on the other end was a handle. When you lifted the handle, the toy would slide down the string then you lowered the handle to get it to return. On the bottom were plastic hooks that you could grab the balls that came with the toy. The balls looked like whiffle balls, but with bigger gaps to get snagged by the hooks.

Does anyone remember a toy like this?
