I'm a bit behind on episodes, but I just gotta say Patrick is a pretty decent guy and one of the only decent ones this season from what I've seen so far. He really is trying hard to make everyone comfortable and balance a healthy family and spouse relationship. Thais makes a big deal about so many things and has such as sense of entitlement. I mean, I know it's not ideal having John living with them, but it's not difficult to make that work. John seems to keep to himself for the most part and is trying to be civil towards Thais for Patrick's sake. Patrick just can't seem to win with Thais.
UPDATE: Welp, that was short lived. Just watched him justify cheating because "it was like a really confusing time." 🙄
