They BOTH made the decision to apply for a K1 visa for what the rules are very clear - you get married within the 90 days.

The decision IF you want to get married at all or not, should have been made before, not after her arrival.

90 days shouldn’t be the time to find out IF you want to marry, it’s time TO marry.

It’s not about being impatient or entitled.
