In the preview for next week, we see Bini's sister say "Ari needs to apologize". Uh, apologize for WHAT? I am definitely, definitely not the biggest Ari fan, but it was on Biniyam to tell his family he was leaving. And Ari is correct, how would she feel like she should be the one to go behind her husband's back and tell the sisters he is moving when they do not have such a great relationship themselves? The sisters are filled with animosity toward Ari and definitely don't want to fix it and want to constantly blame her for everything, so why would Ari feel like she should betray what her husband feels is the right time to tell them about moving when the sisters hate her?

They should have been mad at Bini. And I wasn't too happy with Bini just sitting there as his sisters arguing with Ari ensued. He just SAT there and didn't say anything or defend Ari, nothing. Yes, even though Ari is not my favorite, Ari is still his fiance and mother of his child that he should protect and should respect and stand up for. He is so worried about disappointing his family and scared of them that he lets them berate her for his faults. Bini is his OWN MAN he can make his own decisions. Yes, I am quite certain he is going to the USA for mostly his son, but when Ari brought up going to America for a chance at a better life he had a voice to say NO, I am not going, I don't want to go, etc etc. and then go from there with discussing with her. His being passive is not an excuse for everything always being "Ari's fault". And if he and the family are so concerned about "American women" taking their babies away from Ethiopia, well he is a grown-ass man who can decide not to choose American women to have unprotected sex with, American women who probably do not want to stay in Ethiopia forever. You know what happens when you have unprotected sex.

Sure Ari says some sassy things to the sister but after getting blamed for him not telling them he was leaving, I'd be at the end of my rope too. Then the sister throws wine in Ari's face- red wine at that- which is not cool and then has the audacity to say Ari should apologize. It's obvious the sisters have no intention of ever making their relationshit with Ari a good one. So why should Ari try? I would be like "let's just cut our losses and look forward to America" like Ari is doing but support Bini having a relationship with his family. Bini should have done a separate goodbye with his family with the baby away from Ari and then went to the airport with Ari alone because I don't see anything magically becoming better at the airport saying goodbyes.
