I need help regarding verifying my 888poker account

So basically they made me not able to play poker anymore unless i sent documents to verify my ID. i sent my national ID card which is written in arabic and they told me it doesn't contain my address and my birthdate but IT DOES... it's just written in arabic... is a company this large not able to hire a few translators? I don't have anything else to send, my passport is expired and I don't have a driving license... please help me i want to play on my account again
