Help needed!

(35M4F). I’ve been neglected for a bit now. Just dropped off partner at airport so She can go on to her work trip. These have been getting more frequent as the end of year gets a bit busier. Been married 11 years. i guess I’ve been out of the “game” for a bit now. I really enjoy giving and receiving oral. again, I get left behind. in need of some help. Nothing more nothing less. Could really use a draining.
