I need some further clarification on the point of bonus dice.
- How and when are they used?
- How are they rewarded?
Also, here are some situations that I'm also looking for clarification:
- If you start a Risk with 1 dramatic wound and during the fight you are reduced to 2 dramatic wounds, do bonus dice accessible to the villain immediately affect their Risk?
- If you start a Risk with an advantage that gives you bonus dice (Boxer, Bruiser, Deadeye, etc.), do those dice go away if you change your Approach? (You lose your weapon, the table/chair/stool breaks on use, etc.)
There are probably lots of other ways to gain Bonus Dice. Any explanation beyond these scenarios is definitely welcome.

On the note of changing up what you do during an action scene, would using different maneuvers within your duelist school net bonus dice for the first use per scene or is that only per approach type?
