Is the game getting more P2W now?

With the recent launch of the 2nd page Limit Break, as well as Dimensional Arena, I can't help but feel that the gap between paid players (whales) versus free players just got widened exponentially.

I mean, it's quite outrageous to go up against a 9,700 HP Mercure with 2 Counter armor, or a 15,300 HP and 3,000 DEF Rook as a F2Per.

It also seems that it's a must to have Speed jewels now in Arena in order to maintain at just 4,600 points on a weekly basis (and the drop rate of such jewel is downright poop).
